What to bring to your first class

New families often ask what to buy before a first class. The honest answer is: nothing.

Clothing. Anything comfortable that stretches and is not baggy enough to catch — leggings and a fitted t-shirt are ideal. No zips, buckles or hoods.

Feet. Bare feet, please. Socks slip on the mats.

Hair. Tied back and out of the face.

Water. A labelled bottle. We keep sessions moving and everyone gets thirsty.

Please leave jewellery at home, and arrive five minutes early for the first session so we can meet you properly.
